Synopsis

The 1970s. In her mountain village, Jeanne, 16, dreams of leaving the orphanage where she has spent her childhood to discover the world. She runs away to the bright lights of the city of her dreams, finds refuge in a warehouse and falls asleep. The next morning, the Snow Queen appears before her, a dazzling sight. The warehouse is in fact a studio where a film adapted from the tale is being shot. Cristina, the star playing the Queen, reigns supreme over the set. Fascinated by this strangely charming woman, who is both powerful and vulnerable, Jeanne becomes her protégée and confidante as the trap closes in on her.
