International experts will assist the participants of MASO - Short Film Training Programme while developing their ideas for short film projects.

Zsuzsanna Kiràly, Creative Advisor MASO #3

Zsuzsanna Kiràly studied communication science in Vienna and Berlin. From 2009 to 2020 she worked at Komplizen Film as Head of Development. Since 2017, Zsuzsanna Kiràly has been producing artistic fiction and documentary films with her own production company Flaneur Films. These titles include amongst others "Phantasiesätze" and "Afterwater" by Dane Komljen, "Two Minutes to Midnight" by Yael Bartana and "A Flower in the Mouth" by Éric Baudelaire. Zsuzsanna Kiràly is member of the editorial board of "Revolver, Zeitschrift für Film" and of the association "HvC - Hauptverband Cinephilie". Zsuzsanna Kiràly is creative advisor to the MASO short film workshop organised by IDM Film & Music Commission Südtirol. She teaches at various film schools and universities, including Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin and Universität der Künste Berlin.

Anna Ciennik, MASO #3 Script Tutor

Both French and Polish, Anna Ciennik is a multilingual script consultant and scriptwriter. She recently co-wrote Erige Sehiri’s sophomore film "Promised sky" Un Certain Regard opening film 2025. As a script consultant, her credits include "Clara Sola" by Nathalie Álvarez Mesén (Directors’ Fortnight 2021), "Amparo" by Simón Mesa Soto (Cannes Critics’ Week 2021), "Julie Keeps Quiet" by Leonardo Van Dijl (Cannes Critics’ Week 2024), "A Good Sister" by Sarah Miro Fischer (Berlinale, Panorama 2025), "Divorce during the war" by Andrius Blaževičius (Sundance, Best Director Award, 2026) or "Death has no master" by Jorge Thielen Armand (Director's fortnight 2026). Prior to her diving into script development Anna Ciennik has been the Industry event manager at Les Arcs FF between 2017 and 2021 and she keeps working for co-production markets and various film commissions as a reader or coach. Anna Ciennik is a member of the Collectif 5050 and of the French screenwriter’s organisation SCA, she is also a bit of a wine and language geek.

Christiane Lilge, MASO #3 Script Tutor

Christiane Lilge is a script consultant, film writer and lecturer. She studied cinema studies and psychology at "Freie Universität Berlin", followed by a degree in film direction at the "German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb)". Her award-winning films include MEXICO CITY and SCHWESTER INES. She has also worked as a casting director and in production. Christiane Lilge works primarily as a script consultant (THE EDUCATION OF JANE CUMMING, MY BROTHER’S NAME IS ROBERT AND HE’S AN IDIOT) and teaches creative writing, story development and film structure at the dffb and other universities.
