Communication. Leadership. Networking. A Workshop for Women* in Film.
How do I want to present myself? How do I set boundaries? How do I take responsibility – regardless of role or hierarchy? And how can we consciously develop the existing network further?
The workshop is aimed at women* working in the audiovisual sector. The starting point is personal experiences, questions and challenges from everyday professional life. Short inputs alternate with reflection, practical exercises and exchange.
The focus is on communication, leadership and collaboration. The aim is to become more aware of one’s own role, expand one’s personal scope for action and learn from one another.
The workshop was developed in collaboration with the Film Association South Tyrol (FAS) and IDM Film & Music Commission and is open to all women* working in the audiovisual sector.
Facilitator
Micki Gruber is a systemic coach, organisational development consultant and author. For many years, she has supported individuals, teams and organisations through processes of change. Her work focuses on communication, leadership and the conscious shaping of professional relationships. She is the author of the book Il Marchio IO, which explores personal branding and authentic presence in a professional context.

The workshop will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 9:00 to 18:00 in Bolzano.
The number of participants is limited. The registration deadline is September 25, 2026.
The participation fee is €25.00 and includes coffee breaks and lunch.
The workshop will be held bilingually in German and Italian.
Registration is required. Registration will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the participation fee.
