WOLF
Nancy Camaldo, 2025A mountain village is shaken when a wolf kills a rare white deer from TILDA’s wildlife park. Determined to protect her late mother’s legacy, Tilda hunts and kills the wolf illegally, while Mayor PINA advocates for peaceful coexistence. A mysterious man soon appears, drawing Tilda in — yet strange symptoms unsettle her: dizziness, alienation, and physi-cal changes. Nature begins invading her home. When a second wolf threatens her brother EDDI’s family and he mistak-enly kills Tilda’s donkey during a chaotic hunt, their bond fractures. Pina files charges for poaching, threatening the park’s future. Tilda’s condition worsens: a positive pregnancy test proves false, and in a frenzy, she kills her baby goat. Eddi becomes obsessed with the wolf, while Tilda realizes she’s transforming into the very animal she hates. At the village festival, her transformation complete, she is cast out. Only the forest remains, where the wolf-like stranger awaits her. Can Tilda embrace her place in nature?
